I love Hopdoddy! Whether you are coming for burger and fries or booze, they do the damn thing! I usually come in for burgers, truffle fries, and milkshakes but today I came in for a drink. I ordered the Doble Fine Margarita and made it a Cadillac. This margarita is so addictive and refreshing! I was pleased with my service from AK, I appreciated the recommendation. On and all, Hopdoddy has never disappointed me so I am happy to know I like everything about this place all around! Thank you Hopdoddy Stafford!

I want to start by saying I really love Hopdoddy as a brand. I’ve had it at several other locations, and it’s always been a 10/10 experience which is why I was excited to visit the Stafford location. First, I’ll say this location is absolutely beautiful. The exterior is very inviting, parking is easy and convenient, and the overall setup is great. I especially love the outdoor patio seating and the open bar concept — it creates a really nice atmosphere whether you’re dining in or just grabbing a drink. The vibe is definitely on point. However, my experience here has been consistently off when it comes to execution. I’ve visited a few separate times, and each time my order was incorrect. While I do appreciate that they refunded me for the mistakes on my most recent visit, it’s concerning that this has happened every time rather than being an isolated issue. There are also some cleanliness concerns. When picking up food, Each time I’ve come in, the floors have been noticeably sticky, which takes away from the otherwise great atmosphere. On one visit, I ordered a burger with modifications that were not followed, which resulted in me being unable to eat the meal I was craving that evening. I also ordered a vanilla milkshake and noticed black particles hopefully from other flavors mixed in.🤞🏽 I called and spoke with a manager, and she was very kind, apologetic, and assured me they would properly clean the blender between uses. I genuinely appreciated how professionally she handled it. To be clear, the staff seem to be friendly and accommodating — customer service has not been the issue at all. My main concern is consistency, order accuracy, and attention to detail in execution. That said, I still believe in the brand. The food itself has potential, the atmosphere is great, and with some improvements in operations and consistency, this location could easily live up to the Hopdoddy standard. I’m also sharing this from the perspective of a consumer, and an operations BPO entrepreneur — I would absolutely want someone to point out where the experience is falling short so I can improve and ensure my customers consistently have a great experience. First time visiting Hopdoddy and overall my wife and I liked it. The food quality was overall good. Everything was cooked well, the staff was friendly and the location was pretty clean for lunch time rush. Our food came out fast. We ordered Ahi tuna burger as a salad on crispy brussel sprout leaves 5 of 5 Cadillac waygu burger 4 of 5 Hot honey sweet potato fries 4 of 5 Tres leches shake 2 of 5 (too many big chunks of cookie) I think for the price they should include a side of fries instead of making you pay al carte for each item. It turns a $15 burger into a $21 dollar burger for that price I would just get the chili's 3 for me at $10. However both my wife and I would go back for the ahi tuna salad which has a better precived value. All in all a great place to try but not our regular hangout.
